Soybeans - July 2015
As has been our custom in the last few months we are presenting a short roadmap for the month of July 2015 for the soybean market.
There is a harmonic of Gann's 20yrs cycle due to turn in early July as presented in our 2015 soybean roadmap. According to seasonal tendency, extreme high prices are typically expected in the month of July. These are the reasons why we anticipated a cycle top for the current month in the second part of our 2015 soybean roadmap.

Update 3: Soybeans - May 2015
The May and July contracts for soybeans futures broke the October 2014 bottom. This is in line with our initial thought that prices will continue to decline during this year, hopefully until a Oct-Nov 2015 bottom.
Our May roadmap presented three cycle turn dates for the month. Gann's 14yrs cycle harmonic for early May which aligned with a market top. Also Gann's 20yrs cycle harmonic for May/15-25 and Gann's 30yrs cycle harmonic for late May, early June.
This post addresses the current Gann's 20yrs cycle harmonic together with geometry and momentum calculations.

Soybeans - May 2015
Just as we present our yearly roadmaps (2014, 2015 I & II), we thought it would be useful to have a "monthly roadmap" in which we would present major and minor cycles turn dates, geometry analysis and when possible, an actual roadmap of the monthly market behavior.
This post presents the three most important cycle turn dates for the month of May 2015 in the soybean market. It also presents a short geometry analysis and discusses the possible behavior of the market during this month.

April 2015, Rally? - May Soybeans
Soybeans made tops on November 2014. Since then, trading has been slow. These November 2014 tops aligned with several important Gann cycles and have not been broken up to this moment. The general trend has been down, with only small rallies.
According to our 2015 soybean roadmap it is possible we may see a top in mid-year. This post addresses the possibility of a rally leading up to that top based on cycle, geometry and momentum analysis.

Soybeans Trendless Market (Nov-2014 Jan-2015)
After the much anticipated November-2014 cycles the soybean market has remained in a sideways motion unlike the corn and wheat market which have shown gains after the October and November cycles.
Since late October thru all of November and December the soybean market has been trading in a range. March soybeans futures made a higher top on November 12th at 1089 3/4¢ and a lower bottom on December 3rd at 991¢. The market has been unable to break above-below this prices, showing no definite trend.

Update: November 2014 - January Beans
Soybeans have been sideways since early November 2014. Nevertheless the market is in an interesting period. Our cycle analysis indicated three major cycles turning in November. These were Gann's 45yrs, 20yrs and 14yrs cycle.
This post discusses the current situation in the soybean market focusing in cycles, swings and momentum indicator. So far it is not clear for us if these cycles have aligned with market tops or bottoms.

November 2014 - January Beans
In our 2014 soybean roadmap we mentioned November 2014 as an important month regarding cycles. Three major cycles are due to turn during this month, namely Gann's 45 years, 20 years and 14 years cycle harmonics.
The present post updates some of these cycles and discusses the possible behavior of soybeans for the recent future.

Update 3: Soybeans 2014 Fall Seasonal Low
Soybeans rallied since early October 2014. On October 30th, January contract made a 2-day swing top and reacted. Our stop was touched on November 04th at 1008 1/4¢. As mentioned in past posts, there are several cycles turning in November 2014.
This writing updates the stop loss calculation and when it was touched. Also gives a few windows of tolerance for Gann's 45yrs, 20yrs and 14yrs cycle harmonics turning in November 2014.
