This update compares the cycle turn dates of late October 2015 in corn, soybeans and wheat. All three markets had cycles turning on the second half of October. Corn and wheat seem to have bottomed, but soybeans is hesitating to rally at the moment.
Cycles in Corn and Wheat
Figure 1 contains two daily price-time charts, one for December wheat (left) and the other one for December corn (right). Both charts show their respective cycles which turned in late October, just as soybean had a Gann's 14yrs cycle harmonic turning at that same time.

Both corn and especially wheat seem to have made a higher bottom at that date and rallied. However, as Figure 2 shows soybeans kept declining. One possibility is that the bottom will come slightly later towards the end of October, or Gann's 14 years cycle harmonic may have aligned with the Oct 22 top and that the bottom will finally align with November's cycle.
It is not strange that after a September bottom the soybean market rallies for only one or two months until the months October or November.
Summary
All three markets, corn, wheat and soybeans had cycles turning for the later part of October 2015. The corn and wheat market clearly made higher bottoms and rallied at those dates. However, the soybean market is still hesitating to rally with confidence.
Since Gann's 45yrs cycle is due to turn on November this year, and past harmonics have aligned with bottoms, it is possible that the October cycle may have aligned with the Oct 22, 2015 top and that a greater bottom will be seen in November.
